The Overall Scheme of Things

If you are new to making money online, or even if you have little to a fair level of experience, I know that you may not have seen the bigger picture at this stage. I mean here, an appreciation of the absolute core of making money online. Many people are engaged in making money online, and they may even be making lots of money, yet they still don't fundamentally understand the process that is making them money. I didn't actually realise this myself. I never stopped to think what actually is going on. Often, you just learn steps, or take instructions, and just get on with it, and you may get some results - so you continue doing it. But you never grasp the fundamental concepts behind it all.

In the diagram below, I summarise the secret of marketing online. It basically boils down to three issues. It does not matter what market you want to get into, what you are selling, in fact, even if you are not even selling anything - underlying the success to it all - is mastering the three issues below.

Now as you read through this course and do the tasks, at times you might have the feeling of being lost. Just hold in there. As you progress, the overall picture should start to develop.

I want you to have these concepts at the forefront of your conscious mind. You see, all the successful marketers who make big money online, when they engage on any venture, all of their thought processes, activities, and action plans are basically centered and built around these three processes - no matter what they are selling or doing.

Think about this and understand this.

Now the tasks and projects that you will be doing as part of the Profit Lance course, and also the materials you will be learning from - you should understand that they are all geared towards giving you an appreciation of what is in the above diagram and giving you the practical experience and training to get to a stage where you are able to implement an entire project on your own. You will have the skills, tools and resources to identify hot and profitable markets or keywords. You will be able to implement an effective traffic generating strategy, and you will know the principles of converting visitors into buyers, subscribers if you're building an email list or generating leads, or clickers if you intend to monetize through the likes of Google Adsense or similar programs.
